The first day of the workshop on "Advanced teaching methods" was held at UFAGJ

University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova, through the Didactic Center for Excellence in Teaching, organized the two-day training on the topics "Advanced teaching methods" and "Research and scientific publications".

The first day of training is being conducted by trainers certified by HERAS+ and UFAGJ: Prof.Assoc.Dr.Behxhet Gaxhiqi, Prof.Assoc.Dr.Laura Naka, Prof.Assoc.Dr.Venera Vala Kendusi and Ass. Zamira Gashi Shatri.

On the occasion of the solemn opening of this training, the rector of the "Fehmi Agani" University of Gjakova, Prof.Assoc.Dr. Artan Nimani, said that these trainings are in full compliance with the academic development concepts promoted by "Fehmi Agani" University, for all academic staff and all study programs offered at UFAGJ.

In the framework of this training led by the Coordinator of the QDPM, Prof.Assoc.Dr.Behxhet Gaxhiqi, a series of topics are being elaborated that have at their center advanced teaching methods and raising the quality of teaching.

On the first day of the training, 7 sessions were held where the following topics were addressed: Introduction - Training objectives and training expectations, Theories and Learning Styles, Syllabus Design, Quality Assurance Standards in the service of teachers, Oriented Teaching developing competencies, Designing learning outcomes based on Bloom's taxonomy, Evaluation Process and summary of the topics covered.
