On November 23^rd, 2023, in the premises of the Rectorate of the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, a meeting was held to review the manual for performance, quality and curriculum evaluation. The meeting was led by the Prof. Ass. Dr. Arben Boshnjaku, as vice-rector for Scientific Research Work Academic Development and Quality Increase, and also by Msc. Daut Islami, head of the Quality Assurance Office. In the meeting there were also previous and current members of the Central Council for the Quality of management.

The participants firstly discussed the comments and recommendations of the working group. Then, they reviewed the received comments as a consequence of the online meeting, to better understand the quality assurance mechanisms in our institution with the academic staff of the UFAGJ.

In conclusion, the manual was updated in accordance with the evident needs, and as such, it has been sent for approval in the Senate of UFAGJ.
