Rector of the University of Gjakova Prof.Ass.Dr. Artan Nimani along with Vice-Rector Prof.Ass.Dr. Vjollca Dibra and Rina Rudi - Xhiha, Head of Budget and Finance Division at UGFA, attended a workshop on Higher Education Needs organized by the Ministry of Finance on the topic "Infrastructure Needs at Public Universities in Kosovo: Development Plan 2025 - 2030 ”.

All public universities presented their capital investment needs in the field of infrastructure in the presence of officials from the Ministry of Finance and members of the European Investment Bank and the Council of Europe Development Bank.

Following the workshop, Rector Nimani and Vice-Rector Dibra met in a separate meeting with representatives of the European Investment Bank together with the Budget Director at the Ministry of Finance, Salvador Elmazin, and Lum Mita, Head of the Division for International Financial Cooperation.

The university's needs for financing the construction of the new campus were discussed at the meeting. Bank and ministry representatives pledged a swift and correct cooperation in meeting the requirements presented by management.
