In the course of meetings with various representatives of higher education institutions in Croatia, the Rector of Gjakova University "Fehmi Agani" accompanied by Vice-Rector Lulzim Zeneli reached important strategic agreements with Rector Gordana Nikolic who represents "PAR University" from Croatia's Rijeka.

This agreement is of particular importance in European funding applications and projects, taking advantage of the extraordinary experience this university has.
