On the 25th of October, 2021 (Monday), the report supported by GIZ Kosovo for the evaluation of career development offices was presented. The virtual meeting was attended by Mrs. Freskina Mula from the Career Development Center of the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova, representatives of GIZ Kosovo, Mr. Nexhmedin Basha and Mrs. Arnisa Aliqkaj, as well as the representative of the Office for Career Development from the University of Gjilan "Kadri Zeka".

This report was prepared by the consultant engaged by GIZ Kosovo, Professor Arben Hysenaj, in order to support the Career Development Office of the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova.

The report elaborates on the assessment of the needs of the career office, the orientation towards the further functioning of the career office and the proposal of the possibility for increasing the capacities of the career office within the University.

Methodology used for this report:

• Literature review - strategies, regulations, decisions and any other documents that directly or indirectly involve office work and career;

• Questionnaire for the representation of the career office;

• Questionnaire with graduate students;

• Data processing and analysis;

• Interview with the representative of the career office;

• drafting the report;

This report is being worked on from August 2021 to achieve the presented results. It is worth mentioning that GIZ Kosovo is supporting the Career Development Office of the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova in the preparation of the Virtual Career Fair, which is held on the 26th of October, as well as the project "Psycho-social support and counseling in career "in providing services to students.
