Eligibility Requirements:

• Doctoral Degree or Ph.D. Candidates;

• Teaching or research experience at a Kosovan university (more than 3 years recommended);

• Proficiency in English language - appropriate to the proposed research project to be carried out in the United States;

• A detailed statement of proposed activity for research at a U.S. institution;

• Kosovo citizenship and employment in Kosovo.
