The Rector of Gjakova University "Fehmi Agani" Artan Nimani, together with the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Quality Assurance Vjollca Dibra, welcomed the representatives of "HERAS" project, Aqim Emurli and Donjeta Ibra. Rector Nimani informed the representatives of "HERAS" on the latest developments in the UGJFA, on plans for expansion with new programs and on institutional arrangements and collaborations. Aqim Emurli initially congratulated the new management and emphasized that the Heras project aims to contribute to the good functioning of Higher Education and Research in Kosovo in line with the principles of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and the European Research Area (ERA) to support in particular the development of public universities. Rector Nimani did thank them for the cooperation so far and the continuous assistance this project is providing to our University. Representatives of the “HERAS” project were also satisfied with the work being done at UGJFA and promised new developments within the project.
