On 09.07.2019, in the locations of the University of Gjakova “Fehmi Agani”, Rector, Prof. Dr. Shaban Buza has signed a memorandum of understanding with Mr. Kreshnik Basha, vice director of Swiss Caritas for Kosova. In the meeting were present cooperators from two parts and Prof. Dr. Ilir Kelmendi, Dean of the Faculty of Education at UGJFA, as co-signer of this memorandum.

This memorandum of understanding is signed in the frame of the Caritas Project “Establishment of preschool high quality standards enforcing education, science and economy – HOPE”. The aim of the project is education quality improvement and service offering in the preschool education in Kosova. Meanwhile, the main objective is the capacity increase of future educators of the Preschool Education (PE) in the contemporary methodology, for which to achieve, is foreseen an accomplishment of a large number of activities with the Faculty of Education i Gjakova for next few years.
