Rector of the University of Gjakova Prof. Dr. Shaban Buza, is staying at the “Kütahia Dumlupinar” University in Turkey, with the invitation by the host rector, for the International Workshop on Culture, titled "The Linking Power of International Cultures and the Role of Universities" organized by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of this university.

During this visit, the rectors of 70 universities from 26 countries held meetings in various fields, including education and culture programs, for which a cooperation agreement were signed.

Rector Buza signed a cooperation agreement with "Kütahia Dumlupinar" University in order to promote international cooperation between the two universities, recognizing mutual benefits such as mutual support, joint projects and research, as well as participation in seminars and academic meetings in both institutions.
