Office for Career Development, within the University "Fehmi Agani" Gjakovë presented by Mrs. Freskina Mula and Coordinator for Practical Learning Mrs. Mentore Zejnullahu participated in the intensive training "Raising the Capacities of Career Offices of Public Universities in Kosovo" organized by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the German Information Center for Migration, Vocational Training and Career (DIMAK) and partnership with Hertie School.

The training was designed in a program from January 23 to 27, 2023, in Pristina, offering you the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge of the best practices in career development at the university. During the course of the program you are provided with insights into the various stages of a student's career development cycle as well as learning how to build our university career development strategy, including an understanding of the target population, a mission statement, a definition of the objectives, the measures to achieve the objectives and how to evaluate them.

The program was an opportunity to improve the office's tools and skills in its student-facing role, as well as to define the approach to behind-the-scenes aspects of the work such as building employer relationships, measurement and reporting within the university.

The final session was an opportunity to reflect on lessons learned, provide constructive feedback and plan the workshop in Berlin.
