Lately the organization “Student Activism Congress Committee”, financed from ORCA, on 25.01.2024, came out with a report from the questionnaires carried out in the public HEI of Kosovo.

This report does not represent in any way University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova (UFAGJ). I remind you that on 01.12.2023, the Senate of the UFAGJ also officially took a decision which declares that the questionnaires carried out in an illegal form, violating the institutional integrity of the UFAGJ, do not represent our university and at the same time it has severely condemned such an action.

Furthermore, our University has made a public response on 01.12.2023,

and on 07.12.2023 has filed a criminal complaint with the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Gjakova, for all the participants of this organization, including a member of the ORCA organization, for the violation of the Institutional Integrity.
