GIZ organized training for the career office "Assessment of skills and competences"

In continuation of the cooperation between the Office for Career Development of the UFAGJ and the GIZ organization, the two-day training "Assessment of skills and competences", organized by Busines Development Group, was held.

From the UFAG participating in the training were the Officer of the Office for Career Development, Mrs. Freskina Mula and the Coordinator for Practical Learning mrs. Mentor Zejnullahu. The training was organized by Busines Development Group with trainers Florentina Dushi and Dafina Turkeshi.

Some of the topics that were discussed in this training: Why career assessments; Competency Assessment Model; Competence and skills assessment tools; Evaluation process: Case Study; Career orientation session including assessment tools; Conclusions, practical advice and closure of the training program; 10 main considerations in career planning; 3 Phases of Career Search; Career planning; Assessments of personality, interest and values; Career search resources; Informational interview; Holland's Six Personality Types; John Holland's theory; Career Search; Self-assessment; etc.

These topics will be applied in the future in counseling with UFAG students.
