On September 23, at University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova, a workshop was held about the inclusion of the concept of learning outcomes in achieving the strategic objectives of higher education.

The workshop was organized by the Didactic Center for Excellence in Teaching (QDPM) and supported by HERAS+. The international expert Ms. Katja Zibert Kamsek presented the importance of learning outcomes starting from curriculum development, syllabus design, teaching techniques, and evaluation methods considering learning outcomes.

Vice-rector Prof. Assoc. Dr. Kimete Canaj opened the workshop with a random word where he pointed out that the QDPM is available to the academic staff and students of "Fehmi Agani" University in Gjakova for raising the quality in both teaching and learning, and thanked Mr. Nehat Dervishi from the HERAS+ program for the continuous support of the FIU with technical assistance in the realization of the strategic objectives of the FIU.
