An informative session on the projects and scholarships of the Erasmus+ program was held at the University of "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova on December 14, 2023, organized by the Erasmus+ Kosovo Office, attended by both staff and students.

Initially, Ms. Mimika Dobroshi and Ms. Blerina Zijaqa, representatives of the Erasmus+ program in Kosovo, were welcomed at the rectorate by the Rector, Prof. Ass. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, along with the two vice-rectors, Prof. Ass. Dr. Nazli Tyfekçi and Prof. Ass. Dr. Arben Boshnjaku.

During the session, Erasmus+ officials in Kosovo announced that the application call is currently open. They also presented the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program call for the year 2024 in higher education institutions. This call includes:

• Erasmus+ KA1: Short-term exchanges for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) (ICM); degree mobility (Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters & Design Measures).

• Erasmus+ KA2: Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE); Jean Monnet; Virtual Exchanges in Higher Education; Erasmus+ Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) – European University Alliances.

The purpose of this activity was to share information regarding the rules and application procedures for the Erasmus+ Program. 

The Erasmus+ program provides support in the fields of education, training, youth, and sports. At the end of the meeting, a question-and-answer session was organized, where additional information about the Erasmus program was shared.
