NGO "Active Youth of Gjakova" held training for students of "Fehmi Agani" University on the topic "Soft Skills"

"Soft skills" was the main topic of the training through which students had the opportunity to learn more about soft skills, which they can use at work, in the family, in society and in the communities where they live. Among other things, they learned about the division of soft skills which are categorized into sectors such as; skills in medical, social, diplomatic, technology, business, media and digital marketing roles, etc., which help in the professional but also the life skills of the person. During the training, the lecturer took over the interactive form and working in groups, so that the students could share their experiences from their personal lives.

Lecturer from the NGO "Active Youth of Gjakova" was Mr. Andi Batusha.

The training was held in two separate groups with a duration of 3 hours, on March 22 the training for the students of the Faculty of Medicine and Social Sciences and on March 23 the training for the students of the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Philology.

All participants at the end of the training were provided with a certificate of participation.

Active Youth of Gjakova is a local NGO that has started operating in Kosovo since 2013. As a local NGO, RAGj has been a partner and has carried out numerous projects in partnership or financed by GIZ, UNICEF, UNDP, USAID and other regional organizations or local. The main goal of RAGj is to empower youth through a creative, inclusive and policy-oriented approach.
