On November 30, 2023, the Organization ‘’The Congress of Students’ Activation 2023/2024’’, supported by the Organization for Quality Increase in Education- ‘’ORCA’’, without any form of authorization from the management of the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova (UFAGJ), has entered illegally in the premises of the University, by conducting questionnaires regarding the project ‘’Advantages and disadvantages in public universities’’. By doing so, the organization has violated the students’ and academic staff’s privacy, through unauthorized video recordings.

For the committed actions of the organization, no person from the management of the four academic units of the UFAGJ has been informed. This deepens the illegal action of this organization in our institution even more, considering it a serious tendency that disorientates the progress of the institutional accreditation of UFAGJ, being already in its fragile stage.

The Senate of the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, in the meeting held on the 1^st of December 2023, reviewed the proofs of this illegal activity exercised by this organization the previous day (on the November 30, 2023) in the premises of the University. As a result:

I. UFAGJ penalizes firmly these actions with tendentious purposes, by violating such the institutional integrity by entering illegally in the premises of the University, and violating the students’ and academic staff’s privacy through unauthorized video recordings;

II. In the following days, UFAGJ calls on the institutions of order and law to take measures according to the legislation in force for the violation of order and law by the Organization ‘’The Congress of Students’ Activation 2023/2024’’.

III. UFAGJ declares as worthless the evaluations made illegally on November 30, 2023, at the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, realized by means of questionnaires from the Organization ‘’The Congress of Students’ Activation 2023/2024’’. Such evaluations do not represent our University and are subjective in their content.

IV. UFAGJ is always open for collaboration and for positive changes with the purpose of increasing the quality, respecting the institutional structure based on transparency and self-accountability.

Therefore, we do not tolerate the violation of the institutional integrity, and in regards to that, in the upcoming days, we will take specific measures towards corresponding people in accordance with the legislation in force.
