On 17^th and 19^th of November 2023, students of the Faculty of Medicine represented the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ of Gjakova in the ‘’International Congress of Medical Sciences in Tirana’’.

Part of this congress were Professors and prominent academicians of the national and international Universities. In total, there were 500 scientific paper presentations, 100 of which were from foreign professors.

In general, this Congress served as an opportunity to tackle diverse themes and experiences by professional medical lectors of different countries, and contributed as a way of broadening the students’ knowledge in the field of medicine.

After the visit, the students emphasized that: ‘’…the participation in this congress was an extraordinary experience, filled with new insights which brought upon fruitful results.’’

It is a pleasure that students from our University can learn and develop each day more in the field of medicine, a development which impacts their professional and academic growth.

The Steering Council and the management of UFAGJ, just as they have previously done, have supported the students financially for the development of the activities, which are productive for the quality increase of the University.
