The University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" is part of the project entitled " Capacity building in international relations and project writing”. It is a joint project with six (6) other public universities in Kosovo and the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg, Austria, funded by the HERAS program.

Within framework of this project from 18 – 22 June in Salzburg, Austria, was held a workshop and attended by representatives of all participating institutions. From the University of Gjakova were attended by Prof. Ass. Dr. Mimoza Dushi, Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs and Mr. Denis Spahija, international cooperation officer.

The purpose of the workshop was to gain experience on international cooperation issues, including strategy for internationalization, structure and organization of the office for international cooperation, project proposal wrinting, mobility of academic staff and students, application opportunities in various program grantsfor research projects and mobilities.
