The Institute for Scientific Research and Development in Ulcinj (IKSZH), in cooperation with University “Fehmi Agani”, the Municipality of Ulcinj, the Mediterranean University, the University of Cyprus, and the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi”, co-organized the 15th International Scientific Conference held on April 28, 2023, in Ulcinj.

The main topics of the conference were: “Analysis of the Possibility of Overcoming the Global Energy Crisis in the Western Balkan Countries” and “Institutional Responsibilities for the Preservation and Advancement of Languages and Literature.”

The Vice Rectors Prof. Ass. Dr. Nazli Tyfekçi, Prof. Ass. Dr. Gentiana Muhaxhiri, and Prof. Ass. Dr. Elsa Vula represented University “Fehmi Agani”, presenting new academic contributions in the field of Albanian language and foreign languages.

It is worth noting that the Institute for Scientific Research and Development (IKSZH) in Ulcinj is an association of scientists and professionals with relevant academic qualifications, traditionally engaged in addressing and advancing social issues from a scientific perspective.
