The Kosovo Team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) in Kosovo aims to assist the government, universities and other key actors in Kosovo in the process of implementing the key principles of the Bologna Process and the Lisbon Agenda, including policy development of lifelong learning and promoting progress towards the Lisbon and Bologna objectives.
