The Fulbright Faculty Development program is designed for new academic staff currently engaged in teaching in Kosovo. Upon completion of the program, applicants should aim to return to their positions in local institutions and continue with their responsibilities as teachers, as well as apply the knowledge and experience gained. The Fulbright Faculty Development program is structured as a 5-month grant, starting in mid-August to ending in mid-January. The purpose of the program is to familiarize participants with best practices and theoretical approaches to curriculum development in the US and to provide them with concrete curriculum development strategies.

The Fulbright Visiting Scholar program is a non-degree, post-doctoral program for young and advanced researchers, university lecturers, and experts from academic and research institutions in Kosovo. It is also a joint program of the US Department of State and the Government of Kosovo for 2022-2023. This program brings researchers to the United States for advanced research over a period of three to six months. The program covers tuition, monthly maintenance costs, expenses for books and supplies, as well as round-trip travel to the host institution.
