The training on "Managing the effects of the pandemic on education staff and children in pre-primary education" was held virtually
On Saturday, March 6 2021, a virtual training was held on "Managing the effects of the pandemic on education workers and children in pre-primary education" organized by the Learning Center BETHANY CHRISTIAN SERVICES. Participants in this training were: educators, students, graduates and leaders of preschool institutions. The training was led by Ms. Ema Jashari from the Center for Human Services and Development.
The main sub-topics that were discussed in this training were: Children and the pandemic, Educators and the pandemic, How to manage the effects of the pandemic on educators and How to manage the effects of the pandemic on children. From the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova participants were: Arnisa Jaka (representative of the NGO ALUMNI I UGJFA), Rolanda Mula (Project Management Consultant), students and graduates of the Faculty of Education.
The training took place in the form of conversation and exchange of experiences between the participants, which enabled the raising of many important topics for discussion in the field of preschool education. The trainer also informed the participants about the latest research regarding stress management in educators and children, toxic parents, the factors that cause stress identified by the educators themselves and many other statistics.
The participants were very pleased and expressed interest in participating again in such trainings that enable them to be informed with the latest news regarding their profession.
