Although not second in size or budget, the University of Gjakova ranks second in the quality of the academic integrity of the teaching staff in the accredited programs of the Faculty of Medicine, Philology and Education.
Within the ADA-funded QAINT project, ORCA today published a report on academic integrity and scientific publication at the University of Gjakova using technology, which enabled such an event to take place in pandemic circumstances.

The Faculty with the most papers in scientific journals is the Faculty of the Medicine. The total number of papers in this faculty is 66, with an average of 9.4 papers per Professor. In comparison, at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Prishtina there are 7.09 works per professor in 2019.

At the University of Gjakova, the average of valuable works for advancement, so as a first author or correspondent, is 2.3 works per professor. At the University of Prishtina there are 3.06 papers per professor as a first author or correspondent, at the University of Prizren there are 0.98 and at the University of Peja there are 0.7.
