The demand of the labor market is changing and becoming more and more competitive, where not only the criterion of education is enough, but in the meantime the demands for soft skills are revealed , including those in communication and presentation,  the knowledge of foreign  languages, computer knowledge and skills, as well as various certifications and trainings.
