University of Gjakova “Fehmi Agani” part of the Erasmus+ SMAHPC project

SMAHPC (Student-run Multi-disciplinary Allied Health Cente) with duration 2019-2021. This project will be implemented through establishing a new and first student-run multidisciplinary allied health practice centre based on a non-paternalistic and client/person centred way, where students work directly with clients under the supervision of respective professionals, while utilizing the latest technologies and modern practices of delivering health/rehabilitation services.

SMAHPC (Student-run Multidisciplinary Allied Health Practice Centre) project is developed within the Erasmus + program and aims to develop protocols based on international standards (ISO), ethical codes taking into account the state and international legislation, as well as functionalizing the multidisciplinary centre, including aspects related to infrastructure, clinic and equipment innovation space, staff (selection) and clients.

Participants in this 3 year project apart from the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" are also Heimerer College, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, JAMK University of Applied Sciences, Manisa Celal Bayar University, NGO “Autizmi”, Kosovo Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Institute of South East Europe on Health and Social Policies, University of Gjilan “Kadri Zeka”
Within this project, apart from the direct involvement in each work package, the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" will be responsible for the quality assurance package throughout the process.
