In the premises of the Hotel "Dukagjini" in Peja, during February 10-11, the workshop "Mechanisms of monitoring the strategic plan and projects" supported by HERAS Plus for the University "Fehmi Agani" (UFAGJ) is taking place and it is attended by members of the Governing Council chaired by Dr. Vjosa Mullatahiri, University management, Deans and Vice-Deans of academic units and administrative unit leaders. In this activity, the Rector of UFAG, Prof. Asst. Dr. Artan Nimani and the leader of the HERAS Plus project team Mr. Aqim Emurli and mediated by HERAS Plus expert, Mr. Agron Hoti. The main messages conveyed in this activity are that the training will enable the attendees to develop their monitoring skills: during the strategic planning cycle, in Higher Education, in strategic documents, criteria, mechanisms and steps for strategic documents, but it was also discussed about the guide for monitoring strategic documents, reporting structures, types and models of successful reporting, etc.

The main messages conveyed in this activity are that the training will enable the attendees to develop their monitoring skills in higher education and above all to support their institution (UFAGJ) in their efforts towards strategic development.
