During the visit to Shkodra, the Rector of the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani", Prof. Ass. Dr. Artan Nimani and Prof. Dr. Suzana Golemi, Rector of the University "Luigj Gurakuqi" in Shkodra signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The purpose of this agreement is the exchange of staff and students, as well as application to joint projects.

They also agreed to initiate application procedures for joint programs in areas of common interest. In this meeting the rector was accompanied by the Vice Rector for Budget and Infrastructure Prof. Assoc. Dr. Haxhi Kamberi, member of the Steering Council Prof. Assoc. Dr. Labinot Berisha and Foreign Relations Officer Denis Spahija.
