UFAGJ Project Partner for addressing Migration Challenges in the Western Balkans (WB- Edu4Migration)

We are happy to inform you that the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova will be partner of the project: ‘’Facilitation of Migration Challenges in the Western Balkan: Bridging the Skills Gap for Social Service Providers through Curriculum Improvement and Microcredit Development” (WB-Edu4Migration). The project is financed by EU and is coordinated by the AAB college. The project aims the improvement of the students and social workers’ competencies in the Western Balkan countries, specifically in Kosovo and Albania, in order to support better migrating populations.

With a multidimensional approach that includes educational reforms and the development of the digjital courses of the microcredits, the project aims to help strengthen the capacities of social service providers. Besides the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, part of this project are also other partners from Kosovo, Albania, Denmark, Austria and Italy:

UFAGJ will be committed to promoting inter-institutional cooperation and to ensure quality education. This cooperation is expected to increase capacities and strengthen the impact of the project in support of migrant populations in the Western Balkans.
