From June 7 to 10, the Erasmus+ project workshop called "QUADIC" will be held at the University of Ljubljana. In this workshop the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova is represented by the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs Prof. Asst. Dr. Sazan Kryeziu, and the head of the Office for International Cooperation and Projects Mr. Denis Spahija. In this workshop, the experience of the University of Ljubljana in the field of international cooperation, projects, knowledge transfer and cooperation with businesses will be addressed and learned, but also other issues related to the QUADIC project, such as meetings of the project management board, the board of the quality of projects, etc.

The overall goal of this project is to ensure the improvement of higher education in Kosovo and Albania, building institutional capacity for international relations, through which relevant offices are created or made fully functional (including capacity for project cycle management) in nine universities of Kosovo and five of Albania which are part of the consortium.

This will be done by improving the capacity for project development and management through the international expertise available from the European HEIs cooperating in this project and the exchange of good practices between the consortium members. This will make local institutions of Higher Education confidently engage in various academic and research cooperation initiatives in the region, in Europe and beyond.

The project will have a very high importance in addressing the growing isolation, the lack of quality international cooperation, and the lack of project initiatives from the universities of Kosovo and Albania.
