The Rector of the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani", Artan Nimani and the Leader of the HERAS Plus Project, Aqim Emurli in the continuation of the coop-eration activities, on the 24th of the December signed a cooperation agreement, with which they pledged to work together in the fields of strategic development of the University.
The agreement aims to identify and develop basic needs, which will be imple-mented with financial support from HERAS Plus.
