The Central Quality Assurance Commission (CQAC) of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova (UFAGJ) has prepared and published the “Handbook for New Members of the Central Quality Assurance Commission,” as a guidance document designed to support new members in carrying out their responsibilities.

The Handbook provides concise and practical information on the status, role, composition, responsibilities, duties, and competencies of the CQAC, as well as on the Commission’s functioning and decision-making procedures.

The document also addresses the principles of professional independence, objectivity, impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality, as well as the importance of active participation by members in quality assurance and quality improvement processes.

The Handbook is intended to serve as a practical tool for guiding new CQAC members, helping them become familiar with the institutional documents, processes, and mechanisms for quality assurance and actively contribute to the development of a quality culture at the University.

Through this document, the aim is to further strengthen support for the work of the CQAC, contributing to a structured approach focused on the continuous improvement of quality at UFAGJ.

The Handbook has been prepared in accordance with the Quality Assurance Policies of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova and is available in the dedicated Quality Assurance section of the official UFAGJ website.
