Gjakova University "Fehmi Agani" is a continuation of Higher pedagogical school and as such possesses its assets and infrastructure.

UGJFA is an institution with management but not financial autonomy. The amount of the budget depends on the MEST, while all procurement procedures are carried out by the Rectorate administration.

Currently UGJFA has three locations:

• Rectorate building,

• Faculty of Philology & Education building

• Faculty of Medicine building

While in the future, UGJFA will also have a University Campus, a decision made by the Municipality of Gjakova.

The working offices/cabinets in each faculty are available to the regular academic staff. Almost all of them are equipped with computers, printers and the Internet, the tools needed for the work process. The majority of offices is used by a professor (mostly regular professors), but there are cases when they are used by two or more professors (assistants).

Investments in Capital Projects: At the Faculty of Education and Philology, in 2018 the new cabinets for the new academic staff were expanded. Also, some renovations of the building have been carried out, where the amount realized is € 78,233.58. All these cabinets are equipped with computers, laptops, office inventory, etc., necessary for the running of the work process.

As for the Campus, UGJFA had the possession certificate which is a user of the property, but with the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo with no. 06/134 dated 01.03.2017, it has been decided that all army properties will be transferred to state ownership. For this reason, UGJFA is in the process of waiting for the change of the head, so that the property is transferred to the use of UGJFA, where it is expected to take the decision of the Government and then to start the tendering procedures. In 2019, € 750,000.00 were provided from this category, which includes the Campus project and IT equipment (some contracts from this category are in the process of completion, which are related to renovations of UGJFA facilities. , as well as laboratory equipment for the Faculty of Medicine)

The Faculty of Education and Philology share the same building. In this facility, in 2016, the physical education hall was renovated, which is usable for students of both faculties.

UGJFA uses modern equipment for the functioning of the Administration and academic services for teachers and students. Service delivery is also digitized at the University level including all faculties within.

UGJFA, respectively the Faculty of Education has the subject cabinet The basics of natural sciences and the computer science cabinet, which was done in 2016 and has a total of 20 computers.

As for the Internet (Wi-Fi), we can say that all University facilities, including the Rectorate, the Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Philology are covered with sophisticated Internet devices, which enable a network, fast and qualitative. Our institution is also equipped with security cameras which are located in all facilities and provide maximum security.

In 2016, UGJFA got equipment as a donation, from the project EUFORIA, Erasmus +, which were necessary for the progress of the working process. See the table below.
