The Quality Assurance Office informs the academic units and academic staff of the "Fehmi Agani" University in Gjakova that, in accordance with the legally established deadlines, the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA) has officially opened the application platform for institutional and study programme accreditation, as well as for the declaration of academic staff for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The deadline for submitting applications and academic staff declarations is 31 July 2026.

Academic staff of the "Fehmi Agani" University in Gjakova are kindly requested to complete their declarations within the specified deadline and to ensure that all declared information complies with the applicable legal requirements and the KAA regulations, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Quality Assurance Office.

The e-Accreditation platform provides a fully digitalized and integrated process, enabling higher education institutions to carry out application procedures more quickly, securely, and efficiently. Through this platform, the verification of documents and the employment status of academic staff is also conducted, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the process.

To support the academic staff and academic units throughout the application period, the Quality Assurance Office will provide continuous technical and professional assistance. Academic staff who encounter difficulties in using the platform or completing the declaration process are encouraged to contact the Office for clarification and ongoing support.
