The Quality Assurance Office held an information session on the electronic declaration process on the e-Accreditation platform and the application process for accreditation/re-accreditation of programs

As part of the preparations for the electronic submission process through the e-Accreditation platform, the Quality Assurance Office of the "Fehmi Agani" University in Gjakova, on 30 June 2026, organized an online information session for the University's academic units.

During the meeting, key information was presented regarding the electronic submission process through the e-Accreditation platform, as well as the forms and supporting documentation required for the accreditation and reaccreditation of study programmes. Participants were provided with detailed information on the relevant procedures, deadlines, and requirements, with the aim of facilitating the application process and ensuring the proper preparation of the required documentation.

At the end of the session, participants raised various questions and received clarifications and responses regarding the issues discussed.

The Quality Assurance Office emphasized that it will remain available to support the academic staff throughout the entire process by providing continuous guidance and assistance to ensure the successful fulfilment of accreditation and reaccreditation requirements.
