On April 23, 2026, SHER, in cooperation with “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, organized an introductory workshop to launch the Strategic Planning process and the drafting of the Self-Evaluation Report (SER), within the framework of the institutional accreditation process.

The Rector of “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, Prof. Ass. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, emphasized the fundamental importance of these processes for strengthening the university’s long-term strategic direction, as well as for ensuring sustainable quality. Meanwhile, Mr. Emurli reaffirmed SHER’s commitment to supporting UFAGJ throughout this process, also highlighting the crucial role that strategic development and institutional accreditation play in the institution’s future. In this context, he stressed SHER’s readiness to provide continuous support, in line with the signed cooperation memoranda, as well as the availability of dedicated funds to facilitate these processes.

The workshop was led by SHER expert Prof. Dr. Bujar Pira, who presented the methodology and a concrete action plan for both processes—strategic planning and the development of the self-evaluation report—ensuring a well-structured and coordinated approach. The next phase will include a workshop focused on defining strategic priorities and objectives for the Strategic Plan 2026–2030.
