Regarding performance indicators (KPIs) for academic units, faculty coordinators presented progress in drafting the reports, while units that had completed them presented their respective analyses to the committee.
As part of the discussions on student course evaluation reports for the winter semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, recommendations for the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Education were addressed, along with the progress of their implementation. These reports were approved for publication on the UFAGJ website and the respective faculty websites.
The Quality Assurance Office also informed attendees about the process of distributing the results of course evaluations for the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year to academic staff and the management of academic units.
It further informed the Committee about the progress of study programs currently undergoing accreditation, as well as the post-accreditation process for the Software Engineering program.
One of the main issues discussed was the accreditation and reaccreditation process of study programs, which is expected to be completed by July 31, 2026. The importance of this process was emphasized, and it was decided that the Quality Assurance Office, in cooperation with academic unit coordinators, will organize meetings in each unit to closely monitor preparations and gain a clearer overview of progress.
Subsequently, the student dropout rate for each program was analyzed, identifying challenges and the need for improvement measures.
At the conclusion of the meeting, members agreed to begin work on drafting the annual CQAC report to be submitted to the Senate.
