The Third Call for Mobility Grants Opens, Aimed at Mobility to Italian Universities of the COMMO VIII Consortium – ERASMUS+ KA171
The “Fehmi Agani” University of Gjakova, as part of the COMMO consortium coordinated by UNIMED – the Mediterranean Universities Union, within the Erasmus+ programme, offers the opportunity to carry out mobility exchanges with Italian member universities that have expressed their interest in participating in the activities of the eighth edition of this project.
Within this call, students and academic/administrative staff of UFAGJ are invited to apply to Italian universities as follows:
- UNIVERSITY OF BARI – 2 Student Mobility grants (SMM)
- UNIVERSITY OF BARI – 2 Mobility grants for Studies and Training, STA / STT

The application deadline is 20 February 2026.
The deadline for sending the names of nominated candidates is 1 March 2026.
FUNDING
Mobility for staff (teaching or training) may take place as soon as the selection confirmation is received and the mobility period has been agreed with the host university.
For incoming mobility (from partner countries to Italy), the scholarship amount provided as individual support is €190 per day. The duration of mobility is 5 days plus 2 travel days (round trip).
For outgoing mobility (from Italy to partner countries), the scholarship amount provided as individual support is €190 per day. The duration of mobility is 5 days plus 2 travel days (round trip).
In addition to individual support, the project covers travel expenses calculated based on the distance between the place of departure (home university) and the destination (host university), in accordance with the Erasmus+ distance calculator.
CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES
Staff members applying must be employed at the university at the time of application.
Applicants will be selected by the home university. After selection, applicants will be contacted by UNIMED, the sending university, and the host university for further information.
DOCUMENTATION
Application documents must be sent to the relevant mobility email address for which you are applying, in a single PDF file and in the following order:
Application form for the specific type of mobility (Training – STT; Teaching – STA);
Copy of passport (or copy of ID card valid for travel abroad, with an expiry date of at least 3 months after the return date);
Certificate or self-declaration proving knowledge of English and/or Italian, depending on the language of the destination country (minimum level B2);
Curriculum Vitae (maximum 4 pages).
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
