Elsa Bajramaj

I, Elsa Bajramaj, was born in Peja. I completed primary school in the village of Gllogjan in the municipality of Deçan, at the “Heronjtë e Dukagjinit” school, and high school at the “Vëllezërit Frashëri” gymnasium in Deçan. I continued my studies at the University of Gjakova, at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Social Care and Welfare branch. During the third year of my studies, I also completed the Level V qualification from Pearson for assistants for children with special needs, where I graduated in Prishtina. I currently work as an assistant for children with special educational needs. During my studies, I completed internships in special schools, social work centers and institutions that demonstrate the role of a social worker, gaining direct experience in supporting and caring for groups in need.

I have also attended various trainings, such as: • “Spehrihitë për adoleshencën” • “Women’s Opportunity in Marketing” • “Të dhërgjithën – të dhërgjithën e tërgjithën” My professional commitment and experience have helped me to better understand the importance of care and support for children with special needs and the role of the social worker in society. In the future, I aim to develop my career as a social worker, contributing to improving the conditions of children and families in need. I plan to continue training and specializations to deepen my skills and to be prepared for the challenges that this profession brings, with the aim of creating a more just and inclusive society.
