She completed primary school at the "Selman Riza" Primary School in Dardani, Gjakova, and high school at the "Hysni Zajmi" Primary School, majoring in General Medicine. She completed her bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Medicine, majoring in Nursing, at the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani". She is also about to graduate with a master's degree in Health Management, also at the University of Gjakova, where she was a double scholarship holder during her studies. During her bachelor's degree, Florentina was involved in student activities, representing the students as the Chair of the Faculty of Medicine and Senator in the University Senate. She also served as the Chair of the Red Cross Volunteers - Gjakova branch, where she contributed to volunteer work and was the initiator for the University to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Red Cross.

Florentina has been part of the editorial team of the first University Magazine "Ardhmëria". In addition, she has attended a series of national and international trainings, seminars and conferences, both domestically and abroad. In December 2021, a week before graduation, she was employed at the Gjakova Hospital, where she currently practices the profession of an instrument operator in the Operating Department.
