She completed her basic studies at the University of Gjakova “Fehmi Agani” (UFAGJ). Her passion for language and literature led her to continue her master’s studies in Teaching Albanian Language and Literature at the University of Vlora, where she graduated. She has contributed to the educational development of students in several schools, including Shfmu “Shtjefën Kurti” in Novosella e Epërm and Shfmu “At Gjergj Fishta” in Bishtazhin. Currently, she continues to teach at Shfmu “Selman Riza” in Gjakova. In addition to her commitment as a teacher, Ermira is also a municipal councilor in the Municipality of Gjakova, where she strives to represent the interests of citizens and contribute to improving community life. She has also attended various trainings, seminars and conferences, from which she has been certified, further enriching her knowledge in the field of education and local governance.
