
CQSC meeting dated 25.09.2025
On September 25, 2025, a meeting of the Central Commission for Quality Assurance was held, with the following members in attendance:
- Prof. Ass. Dr. Kaltrina Kusari – Vice-Rector for Academic Development and Quality Enhancement and Vice-Rector for Research and Scientific Studies;
- Prof. Ass. Dr. Petrit Duraj – Member of the CCQA from the Faculty of Philology;
- Assistant Emirëjeta Kumnova – Member of the CCQA from the Faculty of Education;
- Assistant Mirëlinda Jasiqi – Member of the CCQA from the Faculty of Social Sciences;
- Qëndresa Bardhoshi – Acting Head of the Office for Quality Assurance;
- Abedin Sadrija – Head of the Office for Academic Affairs.
The following agenda items were discussed during the meeting:
- Information regarding quality assurance activities for the month of September;
- Approval of the re-formatting of the Alumni Report;
- Approval of the Summary Report from the Administrative Staff Questionnaire;
- Other matters.
The meeting of the Quality Assurance Commission was held at the premises of “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, where the commission members were informed about the latest developments and activities carried out by the Quality Office during this period, according to its activity plan.
During the meeting, data on the progress of activities were presented.
One of the key topics discussed was the Alumni Report, which is in its final preparation stage for publication. The importance of this report was discussed in relation to gaining a clearer picture of the involvement of the University's former students in the labor market and their contributions to the community. Commission members provided their final comments and suggestions for its improvement before publication.
Furthermore, the report on the results of the questionnaire distributed to the university’s administrative staff was also reviewed. The report included an analysis of the received responses, identification of professional development needs, and improvement of working conditions for administrative staff.
After detailed discussions and review, the report was approved by the commission, and it was decided to publish it on the official website of the University to ensure transparency and staff involvement in the institution's development processes.
