The University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova held today the latest meeting of the Working Group for drafting the Strategic Plan 2026–2030.

The meeting was opened by the Chair of the Working Group, Prof. Dr. Lulzim Zeneli, who informed participants about the methodology followed so far and the dynamic plan toward finalizing the strategic document.

The drafting process of the plan began some time ago and has been accompanied by continuous and coordinated work. During this meeting, progress achieved so far was reported, and the final steps leading to the completion of the draft document were discussed.

The meeting was assessed as productive, reflecting the commitment of all members to building a strategic document that will guide the University over the next five years, strengthening its mission and vision for quality, innovation, and sustainable academic development.
