On the date 23.06.2025, a meeting of the Central Commission for Quality Assurance was held, with the following attendees:

1. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Dafine Kacuri – Vice-Rector, Deputy to the Vice-Rector for Academic Development and Quality Enhancement, and Vice-Rector for Research and Scientific Studies (authorized);
2. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Petrit Duraj – Member of the CCQA from the Faculty of Philology;
3. Assistant Emirëjeta Kumnova – Member of the CCQA from the Faculty of Education;
4. Assistant Mirëlinda Jasiqi – Member of the CCQA from the Faculty of Social Sciences;
5. Abedin Sadrija – Head of the Office for Academic Affairs;
6. Qëndresa Bardhoshi – Acting Head of the Office for Quality Assurance;
7. Albion Rexhaj – Member of the CCQA, Representative of the Student Parliament.

The following items were discussed on the meeting agenda:

1. Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting dated 12.05.2025;
2. Academic staff performance report for the year 2023/2024 and discussions regarding complaints related to the performance report;
3. Approval of the report – Evaluation of academic staff regarding the Administration and Services 2024;
4. Approval of the report – Evaluation of academic staff regarding Working Conditions 2024;
5. Approval of the report – Self-Assessment Report of academic staff 2024;
6. Notification regarding the evaluation reports of courses for the winter semester 2024/2025 and other activities of the office;
7. Other.

During this meeting, recommendations regarding the Academic Staff Performance Report for the year 2023/2024 were approved, as well as the reports presented by the Office for Quality Assurance.

The recommendations from each presented report were discussed. Additionally, the activities of the Office for Quality Assurance and the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committees were presented.

The implementation plan of the recommendations was also discussed, along with some of the activities currently being undertaken to fulfill them.
