The fair was divided into three pavilions: Employment, Career and Entrepreneurship with over 250 participating businesses.

The students of UFAGJ also participated in the fair. Students focused more on the three pavilions, that of Employment, Career and Entrepreneurship in search of opportunities for academic advancement, scholarships, training, studies, for employment, practical work, seasonal work or even mobility.

The National Job, Career and Entrepreneurship Fair 2022 is organized by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo, the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH, the University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina" and the German-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce ( KDWV).
