A workshop on “Project Management Cycle” is held at UGJFA, supported by HERAS. Participants were UGJFA staff members who have worked and expressed an interest in being participants and contributing to projects. Mrs. Donjeta Ibra from HERAS managed the workshop and the trainer was Ms. Vjosa Beqaj Krasniqi.

Nowadays in the development of Higher Education space, University staff are faced with managing complex projects, with limited budgets and scarce resources. To avoid duplication of work, delays or setbacks, project writing skills require advanced tools and techniques to adapt to frequent changes in this space.

Topics covered in this workshop were: Project Explanation and Definition, What the Project Management Cycle Means, the Five Phases of the Project Management Life Cycle, Problem Analysis, Objective Analysis, Logical Framework Approach (LFA) , filling of the logical frameworks matrix etc.
