Representatives of the Management of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova, together with a representative of the Office for Quality Assurance, participated in the Fourth Annual International Conference of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), held on 29 September 2026 in Prishtina.

This year’s conference was held under the theme “Internal Quality Assurance in Higher Education Institutions: From Assessment to a Quality Culture”, bringing together representatives of higher education institutions, quality assurance agencies, public institutions, and international experts.

As part of the conference, two discussion panels were held on the topics “The Role of Quality Assurance Agencies” and “Good Institutional Practices in Internal Quality Assurance”. The discussions addressed important issues related to the development of internal quality assurance systems, the promotion of a quality culture, and the exchange of good practices in higher education.

Participation in the conference enabled UFAGJ representatives to learn about different institutional approaches and experiences in the field of quality assurance, as well as advanced practices in this area.

The discussions and practices presented during the conference provide a valuable opportunity for reflection and for incorporating new experiences into the quality assurance processes at the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova.
