Memorandum of Understanding signed between "Fehmi Agani" University in Gjakova and NGO EDUTASK

The “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova (UFAGJ) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the non-governmental organization EDUTASK, establishing a new foundation for cooperation in the fields of education, professional development, and the implementation of joint initiatives of interest to students and the academic community.

The purpose of this memorandum is to develop joint activities that contribute to improving the quality of education and strengthening the professional capacities of students. Within the framework of this cooperation, various trainings, seminars, workshops, research projects, and other initiatives related to academic and professional development are expected to be organized.

Through this partnership, UFAGJ and EDUTASK aim to promote innovation in education, exchange experiences and best practices, and create new opportunities for the active involvement of students in projects and activities with community impact.

On this occasion, the Rector, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, emphasized the importance of enhancing the capacities of our students in areas related to career orientation and the skills required for the labor market. Meanwhile, the representative of the NGO EDUTASK, Okarina Gojani, presented the project activities, which focus on building the capacities of students in the municipalities of Gjakova, Viti, South Mitrovica, and North Mitrovica. From these municipalities, 20 students will be selected from each to participate in a cycle of training sessions, networking activities, and small project initiatives.

Furthermore, representatives of both institutions highlighted the importance of cooperation between universities and civil society organizations in developing initiatives that contribute to the advancement of education and better preparation of students for sustainable professional careers. The meeting concluded with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties.

The “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova remains committed to expanding cooperation with local and international partners, with the aim of creating new opportunities for academic, professional, and social development for its students and staff.
