On 12 February 2026, within the framework of the study programme accreditation process, the Agjencia e Kosovës për Akreditim (AKA), together with the International Expert Team, conducted the evaluation visit of the programme under re-accreditation – Primary Education – at the Faculty of Education of Universitetit "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova.

The evaluation process included structured meetings with the faculty management, quality assurance officers, administration, programme holders, academic staff, students, as well as the Industrial Advisory Board. The discussions focused on the academic content of the programme, human capacities, infrastructure, cooperation with partners, and compliance with quality standards.

As part of the visit, the team of experts also toured the premises of the Faculty of Education and its laboratories, assessing the conditions and resources in support of the implementation of the study programme.

This process represents an important step towards ensuring and advancing academic quality, in accordance with national and international higher education standards.
