Ardit Halilaj was born in Gjakova. He completed his primary school at the ShFMU “Mustafë Ibishi” in the village of Guri i Kuq and Kramovik in the Municipality of Rahovec, and his secondary school at the ShML “12 Maji” in Ratkoc, majoring in Natural Sciences. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Philology, majoring in Albanian Language, at the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova. He then completed his master’s degree at the Faculty of Humanities at the “Ismail Qemali” University in Vlora and received the title “Master of Science in Teaching Albanian Language and Literature”. During his studies, he was involved in student activities, founding the student organization “Fehmi Agani Student Union”, which he led until the end of his studies, through which he represented students in the Student Parliament and the Senate. Arditi has good organizational skills and a passion for volunteer work; in 2016 he became part of the Kosovo Youth Assembly.

Then, in 2018, he founded the branch of the Rahovec Youth Assembly. He has participated in papers and publications in scientific journals that enrich his academic level. He has also conducted a series of trainings, workshops, seminars, round tables, international and national conferences. He worked at the Kosovo Agency of Statistics in the 2014 Agricultural Census and the Agricultural Survey Registrar in 2019. In 2018, he worked for three months in the library of the Faculty of Medicine and for 1 (one) year in the Senate of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova. After completing his master's studies, he did practical work in the Central Administration of the UFAGj. In 2021, Arditi worked as a Protocol and Information Consultant in the Central Administration of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova. In February 2023, he was employed at the Municipal Directorate of Education in the Municipality of Rahovec, as an Officer for Higher Secondary Education. From December 2023, he was appointed as a Public Relations Officer in the cabinet of the Mayor of the Municipality of Rahovec, where he currently works.
