The SHER Program, focused on Higher Education and Sustainable Research in Kosovo, has launched a call for doctoral and postdoctoral scholarships.

These fellowships aim to enhance the quality of teaching, research, and innovation, as well as promote internationalization within Kosovo's higher education and scientific research sectors. They will enable doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers to study and conduct research in Austria.
